Seeking Games With Living Dolls

As the title says I'm looking for games with living/animated dolls in them, like the Plain Doll from Bloodborne or Ranni the Witch. The only games that comes to mind with anything like that are Monster Girl Quest (though only one character if I remember), Forest of the Blue Skin by Zell999 and the unreleased horror-ish game also by Zell999. If there are any good or notable games out there that have doll characters I'd appreciate the recommendations.

The MC in Kwarurariru might be a doll, I'm actually not sure / can't remember (edit: there's gore and such). The last level is a playhouse with toys as enemies. You might have to do some Applocale nonsense to get it to run.
