Seeking Games with low effort gameplay

So honestly, I'm just looking for a few quick games to add to my backlog. Usually I'd go find another NPC-styled game where you just roam the world and speak to every female NPC you can find for an easy sex scene, but at this point I have played all of them (send help).

To reiterate the title, I'm looking for games that don't take effort to play. Either some off-site NPC-styled games, or other games that fit the criteria. Some examples of what I want include:
- NPC games (not related to this one in any particular way, just an example)
- City exploration games like this
- Another example of an effortless game loop

Things I do not want include:
- Visual Novels
- Text-based RPGs (e.g. Degrees of Lewdity)
- Anything where I actually have to pay attention ( god forbid :sob: )

It's not, it is a freeroam game, but you have to select locations and the text is not really important.

the 2nd 1/2 has horribly complicated maps with teleporters. But until then, it is nicely brainless - kick enemies from behind or side: win, go frontal: get either hit or fucked. (low-level-animated).

It's a bit of a loose criterion "anything where I have to pay attention" since in my opinion side scrollers with monster girls for example are pretty low effort (I'm referring to pixel games like Lost in the World of Succubi mostly). Just run into the enemy and lose on purpose if you want quick sex. The part that's higher effort is that you eventually have to go through the levels to get new enemies but even then you can get someone to give you a save file at the end of the story with all the teleporters enabled.

Ultimate Fighting Girl 2 can be pretty low effort, but the highest difficulty is VERY high effort. Same applies to all the others Boko877's games. In

you can pretty much unlock every single fight in the first room from the get go and skip the story just to see the sex with cheats enabled so that you never die. Full control over everything.

If you can be more specific on what constitutes "paying attention" I'll see if I can help more, but it's hard not to end up recommending stuff that you probably already played.

I agree, and it is what kept me from recommending (currently playing + enjoying) Shin-sei den, as you HAVE to thoroughly search the maps. I did (not well enough) and still needed to ask in the topic, and got helped , though everything else is nicely brainless, and sexy (and animated just enough, even voiced a little)

so, mostly brainless but you DO have to pay attention in SOME way.

Well, I wanted this thread to be more up to the interpretation of the individual just in case someone looking for the same thing came across this thread in the future.

That being said, for me personally, I'm fine with exploring maps, small dialogue/questlines, etc. What I prefer to avoid is excessive reading/skipping of dialogue, grinding, extreme levels of RPGMaker combat, and in general, other game systems that demand your attention. If I were to give a few examples of the most high effort gameplay in games, that I would still consider low effort, it would be:
Nakara (3D platformer, requires some grinding to progress)
Afterschool Tag or Hospital Seduction (Layered 2D side scrollers with enemy evasion; need to learn enemy behaviors to progress)
And as you stated, these types of side scrollers can be a good fit (unrelated, but Castle of Temptation is in fact my favorite H game of all time)

I hope I'm not contradicting myself too hard lol

edit: okay, maybe Hospital Seduction isn't a good fit, I had to lock the fuck in for that lol

You've probably explored most if not all the pixel side scrollers, so try these RPGMs:

Escape from the Masochistic Male Bullying Classroom - I've played this one recently. It's low effort unless you want to unlock the entire gallery with all the special costumes, but that's niche stuff for the obsessed completionists. The stages are piss easy to beat and once you clear the first 3 you have access to more stages and more sexual positions that you can see literally whenever you want.

Princess Honey Trap - Battle fuck. Seems story driven at first glance but in reality there isn't a lot of talking between one fight and the other, the skip button goes at supersonic speed. The NPCs assign the objective and it's immediate sex battle once you get past the talking. No grinding. Alternatively you can just enable cheats and go directly to all the fights in the gallery. The animations and the voice acting are still among my favorite of all time.

JSK Studio - This is a collection of high quality games (A LOT of games) from JSK, used to be my favorite developer because of the animations. In some of them you have to raise your stats enough to down the enemy so that you can fuck them, but it's the right type of grindy. In others you have to corrupt the girls by molesting them, so it immediately becomes sexual if you want it to.

Findom Queen - You're a modern slave, basically. You can choose to grind your ass off or use cheats and add all the money you need to pay for the sexual favors. No effort, high effort if you really care about runs or whatever. Just progress the bare minimum in the story so that you unlock the privileges to view the scenes whenever. Don't forget the gym woman.

Disclaimer: Findom Queen has NTR which I myself do not like as a genre, but it's currently a couple scenes and completely avoidable. Unless you make very obvious choices, you won't get cheated on. Most of the content is just direct humiliation to the player.
