I'm looking for game that have a mechanic were the player character (preferably male) can masturbate in the middle of gameplay, be it by pressing a button or an action on a menu. If npcs are able to react to said action, even better.
Examples:
Hunted on Eclipse 9 - You're able to masturbate and ejaculate with a button, which can disable traps but also warn the main enemy.
House Party - You're able to masturbate in front of characters and even ejaculate onto them, which can cause different reactions depending on their affection towards you.
Waifu Dreams City - Your character can masturbate on command, but it doesn't seem to causes a reaction from npcs.
