Listen, I don't care: clicking 37 times through dialog that would be laughed off of a fanfic site just to get pixel art that is arguably worse than a similar image that I could search up on Google is not gameplay. It isn't. You're more likely to convince me to change religions or follow a different sports team than convince me that VNs are games. On that topic, any "game" that includes two hours of click-only-here handholding while somebody smothers you in a text dump is basically a VN because I'm not going to get through it or know what the hell it was trying to say by the time I mindlessly click on all the various things.
I don't care how good the writing is, reading isn't gameplay, or the Encyclopedia Brittanica is the best game ever made.
Do we really need to keep putting VNs in the same lists we put ACTUAL games? Am I the only one who has a problem with this?!
So with that rant out of the way, can we get some recommendations for RECENT games that are either completed or still being developed that you can just turn your brain off and play: platformers, rythym, side-scrollers, RPGs, action, simulation, management, I really don't care. I want to load into a game, press buttons and see stuff happen, and depending on how I play get some lewd shit thrown at me. Are we doing that anymore?
And also, can you snip anything with futa out of your recommendations? So sick of seeing girls with big hairy balls hanging to their knees. How is this considered attractive....no, don't answer that, I don't want your opinion if you think it's cool.
