Games with mouse controlls got unplayable Solved

Since some time it got impossible for me to play certain games.
Games that use the RPG Maker MV Engine (for example: "Phantom Thief Celianna" and "My Girlfriend's Amnesia") have the problem that upon launch it auto-clicks into the game and open and closes the menu in a rappid pace.
The Game Koikatsu also got unplayable, since the character editor uses mouse controlls.
Every game with only keyboard controlls, like every RPG Maker pre-MV game, is working as intended.

Interesting to note here is that I have a RPG Maker MV game on steam which works okay, but the moment I launch it in the folder and not throgh Steam it shows the same problems as mentioned before.

I have tons of games which worked as intended before, but now are impossible to play and I have no idea what might be causing it.
If anyone could help I'd be grateful

Could be many thing causing the problem .Drivers ? Wireless mouse Low battery?,Corrupted game files?.Could just be mouse on way out they don't last forever.

Unfortunately with out being sat in front of machine it hard to diagnose but have given a few potential pointers

I figured it out some time ago, sadly I don't know haw to close a thread.
The problem was my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller linked to my PC.
That's why games on steam still worked.
