Are there any games with Naruko character?
Also I have idea about a new game that I hope someone is interested in the concept:
1)General idea is based on this game Female agent and Girl spy
2)You will play as Naruto with ability to transform into Naruko
3)Plot: you will be on mission/missions to infiltrate into enemy village/city/clan for (collecting information/... other spy targets). Missions are high ranked and requires that no one found out that he is Naruto (Konoha) so he has to use "sexy jutsu" and become Naruko during missions.
4)Other:
a)I think it will be also good to have (corruption/feminisation/permanent transformation) progression during game, maybe at the end he (would like/have) to stay as Naruko always
b)To achieve good results on missions he has to use his lewd abilities. Or may be caught on mission and be fucked
