There's a lot of games that have rape in it, but the CG in them is usually just cutting to a fully nude picture of a character. There's no gradual clothing removal or anything, just boom clothing disappears and there's a sex scene. A lot better when there's some sort of buildup to it.
I tend to avoid games with stuff like lolicon, vore, scat/vomit/urination/guro. Not a fan of pregnancy or shota either but I can deal with it as long as I can avoid them in the game since they're usually optional gameplay choices.
Not really a lot of games that meet these exact specifications but Something Unlimited, ScaleGarden games, Curse of Pleasure, Curse of Pleasure, and Kunoichi Botan got pretty close.
