Seeking Games with RNG-based risk

I guess I find the idea of taking risks with potential serious consequences arousing. What I mean is games that allow you to do actions that have a chance of delivering a dreaded/anticipated outcome. For example, pregnancy risk: every time female MC gets cummed-in or male MC cums in someone, there's a chance of pregnancy, say, 20%. I could also see this working for exhibitionism, a chance of being found out.

3 games with pregnancy risks that I know of is Dr. Amana Sexual Therapist, Love and Sex: Second Base, and Summertime Saga (though technically you can just keep running the mini game until u get the desired result). RNG plays a role in each of those games. There are options to make the chances both 100% or 0%, but by default it's RNG.
