Soooo, while you (and I) await the real, good, answers ...

funniest (and hot) robot girl I know is Elurna , the robot-golem-monstergirl (1 of 8 or so not-very-monster-ish girls in the game) from the Flore Hades game.
Sadly the game is not as good as the predecessor, but Elurna is a main saving grace.
Should you play it, once she infiltrates your suite: do not hasten to advance things, because while things do not advance everytime you try to interact, she will give some silly comment (out of 100 or so) ...

well, mainly : thanks for pointing me to the robot maid game.
screenshots made me think of KenzSoft's maid games (not a robot, but you could easily imagine - it is just videos playing, though)
