Pretty much what title says. The usual in rpg maker/unity/wolf rpg games is that you'll just have to pick if you wish to see a scene (at best you can hide the icon above NPCs which can trigger such an event but other NPCs have no events available and their dialogue makes their intentions obvious anyway), or lose a battle. There's not any where (as far as my memory serves) you can end up into such a situation unknowingly or spontaneously.
