whether they're actually physically upside down or it's the mc that's flipped and sees them as such instead.
any reason for it that's not sexual (i.e. not a sex position or some bdsm practice), though it'd be a plus if it's something meant to be funny. sex happening independently of it 5 minutes later is fine.
and no text-only cases of it since it's about seeing it and not having it described.
examples: spiderman kiss, getting caught in a snare trap, a batgirl sleeping hanging down from the ceiling, falling head first, looking down from a bunk bed, etc.
