If you're not familiar with it; the male protagonist ends up in another world where 'gender roles'/chastity have been reversed. So basically women are horny and eager for casual sex while men are more reserved trying to preserve the virginity. The protagonist takes advantage of this change to easily get casual sex himself.
The only relevant game I currently know of is Twisted World by SnatsGames.

Appreciate the reply, but that's unfortunately not the kind of thing I'm looking for, which includes the male protagonist being dominant as he has mindset from previous world.
