May seem weird and specific at first but I've seen a few of these kinds of games.
Karryn's Prison is of course a major one but I'm fairly certain there isn't a game as detailed with it's RPG mechanics as Karryn's.
Terminal Desires sort of has this, but only one "sex skill" so far which isn't that much, but with the game being very early in development I'm sure sex skills will get fleshed out more.
NN Pick-Up Beach has a really unique sort of battle system in where the enemies are girls, your attacks are basically flirts, and their HP hitting 0 means having sex, a very unique mechanic I've never seen in any other games.
Any other games that fall under this umbrella?
