Seeking Games with Skill Tree

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of games with skill tress or a levelling system with skill points? Bonus points if the skill tree is sexual in nature, as in you can buy sexual actions or perks with the skill points. Games like this I can think of are: Lilith's Throne, Karryn's Prison and Ricoche: A Weak JK's Climactic Battle With Orcs.

Any suggestions would be super appreciated! Thanks in advance

Nothing is forever - Renpy VN. Not a very extensive skill tree but its opens up personality choices and limits what actions you can take. Regardless a really well made game
