Seeking Games with spin the bottle games within the story, non- and possible or yes-ntr

So, not about girls getting drunk, or traps (boys? ), but just the spinning bottle game. Naturally, not the main story, though it would be interesting if it is.

While the ntr elephant in the room is fine if there is or not, I'm looking for something/s that makes the game at least fun, overall, regardless of what happens there. Be it forced cucky routes or story, or everything optional, or just a guy (futa, lesbian story, etc) and the girls.
