Seeking Games with Strategic Sex

Looking for games where sex is part of the core game loop
Games like Tales of Androgyny, Degrees of lewdity, and Trap Quest come to mind.
I have also played Lilith's Throne which was great, if it wasn't abandoned and lacking in visual.

There are plenty of Japanese RPGM adventure games like that (Acropolis made a wonderful list) but I'm a bit tired of the overall style of Japanese Hgame industry. Games like Warlock and Boobs, or Tower of Trample, despite also using RPGM, are refreshing in comparison.

Of course most of the above mentioned games use sex as part of the combat, there are also other ways of using it that feel engaging. I'm open to suggestions on that too.

There are no other games like it out there. And while yes, it sports japanese anime visuals with an absurdly disproportional MC, both the combat and "combat" mechanics are outstanding and in many ways similar to Degrees of Lewdity, only fully animated and voiced.

You're trying to maximize your 'points' by balancing the girls pleasure, comfort/discomfort, and I believe one other stat that iirc. You use these points to buy upgrades for yourself to be more effective in the next scenes. I'd like to reiterate though, it's a VN for the most part.

Being true RPGs, everything sex related is integrated as actions, items and status effects. It's all very meticulous and cleverly done. D&P has a second NPC-controlled protagonist which adds strong emergent storytelling, it's such a shame it never made it to release

I'll say Simply Mindy, in which basically MC does jobs that almost without fail become sexual, if they weren't already. So in a roundabout way, it's a prostitution life-sim.

Yes I agree. I was originally going to mention this game in my post but I got distracted by some post submission bug and forgot. As far as I'm aware, there's no other game on that level, which is why I'm here trying to find someone who knows better

Japanese RPGM game (yes), leans heavily into corruption and has some of the best exhibitionism content, BUT it also provides alternatives to violence in combat scenarios (if/when your MC gets corrupt enough), such as passive/active seduction of opponents and straight-up reverse rape. Nowhere near as intricate as Karryn, but pretty fun and stands out from all other similar JRPGM games.
