Anyone know of any games where a strong female main character gets humiliated or forced to wear embarrassing outfits? Things like Karen’s Prison or Manila Shaw Blackmail Obsession for examples.

Kingdom of Deception for sure, there's plenty of optional maledom and at least one humiliating outfit you can get early on (tip: try to get friendly with Tekrok). The MC starts is about as strong as they come, but you can make choices that make her more submissive. That said, it's mostly focused on consensual; there's non-con but I think a lot of it is in the game over scenes.
