I'm looking for games where you can enslave female NPCs to sell them or whore them out. Bonus points if you have to break them and train them first, but it's not necessary.
Free Cities is pretty much the gold standard for this sort of thing, as far as I know. Especially the Pregmod version, which despite the name adds a lot more than just pregnancy content, and is still in active development unlike the original.
