Seeking Games with themes like Four Elements Trainer Book 1?

I know "Games like Four Elements Trainer" are common, but I'm looking specifically for the 'sex for favors'/'blackmail' sort of deal that all of Book 1 focuses on. Particularly on the slave route of that book. It starts with innocent'ish requests in exchange for protecting the village, and by the time the requests go too far for the heroine she's in a position of being dependent on the player. Any games with similar themes?

Cummy Bender, maybe. Starts with making innocent enough content, then more risque, and so on. Then takes a detour into substance addiction in the second chapter. Witch Trainer also starts out being based on favors, but you prob know that one already.
