Seeking Games with toned tribal girls

Hello, i'm seeking games featuring reason ably toned girls in loincloths and with other tribal apparel stuff. Toned for me means visible six pack. For a game i prefer something more rpg-like and for a girl it'll be better to be a some type of primitive tribal elf.
Already played Kingdom of deception.
