Seeking Games with walkthroughs as integrated mods instead of external documents

When I'm playing games that are more linear (like visual novels, or dating sims that appear to be sandbox at first but actually have a pretty rigid path to success), I really like it when people make mods that just put the walkthrough right inside the game (instead of having to constantly switch windows back and forth between the game and the document), like this mod of Dating My Daughter. What other games have mods like that (or just include a good hint system within the official release, like Man of the House)?
