but i'm looking for a game that not just about sex
i mean real life with good story
many choices
good quality pictures
good story
limited number of characters
family (son with mom and sisters)
and the most important feature is moving through rooms of the house
that's why foot of the mountains is the top for me
i tried many games and didn't find what i need
and i can't download all games as i have a limited internet quota
so i hope you recommend game like that
and sorry for not mentioning all the details in the post

hmmm...well that is tough one. i don't think there are many sandbox games with good/interesting storylines or rather i have not played them/can't remember right now. Timestamps does have an interesting storyline involving time-travel. usually VNs have better storylines. you could try:
Areas Of GRAY(not sandbox, but has interactive features: point & click, storyline is really interesting, i absolutely loved the developer's previous game-GRAY)
The Gift Reloaded(somewhat interesting:mind control)
Under House Arrest(haven't played much, interesting storyline... i think)
you could also try SuperPowered(linked in my signature), interesting storyline, the most unique implementation of incest. it's quite grindy but i think it's worth it. one of my favourites.
for good/interesting storylines i would suggest you try VNs, meaning no clicking between rooms, but maybe you'll find something you'll like:

Dreams Of Desire
Primal Instinct

There isnt any incest in it, but A Different Summer has the Melinda model, just looking a bit older, having sex with the MC, who is young enough to be her son.
