Foreword
I made this thread because, in recent times, I have seen more and more people ask for game recommendations in game forums. As that is a violation of our general rules (See Rule 2 of the General Rules), I decided to create this thread to create an extensive list of games of certain genres so that I can simply guide people towards this post to find what they are looking for.
What can I expect to find in this thread?
You will find various lists, which will be divided into various genres that are sorted in alphabetical order. These genres can also be found on the Latest Updates page. This way, you can always also look for games yourself, should my lists not be to your liking.
This list will be my personal list of recommendations. They will all be games I have played and that I can wholeheartedly recommend myself. This way, I want to keep a certain quality standard.
A lot of these games will fit into multiple categories. To make sure these lists aren't too similar, the games will be put into the most fitting genres, so for example, a game all about exploring and avoiding getting raped will most likely be in the "Adventure" and "Rape" lists, but it will not be in the femdom list, even if it might fit.
What will I not find in this thread?
I usually search and sort for a very specific set of keywords, as this has proven to sort out games I am not interested in, while keeping the ones that I am, very reliably. This set of keywords can be seen here, should you be interested in looking for yourself.
That being said, the things I sort out from at all times, are the prefixes "Engine", "Other" and "Status".
But I can also recommend excluding the tags "No sexual content" and "censored". I don't do that by default, because even those genres can sometimes have some real gems.
Another thing you will notice is, that some of these games will be put in categories, they don't have assigned to them. I did this, because sometimes, the tags just 100% obiously fit and they have just been forgotten or OP couldn't be arsed or whatever.
You will not find the following prefixes in my lists:
Engine:
Adventure
Anal Sex
Female domination (Femdom)
Futa/Trans
Lesbian
Management
Rape
Simulator
Trainer
Trap
Any ideas on how to make these lists easier to read, understand and find games in it that one might be looking for, are appreciated. Game recommendations might be added, but for that to happen, i would first play them myself so that i can judge them myself.
