It had potential. Got bogged down by the excessive grind and lack of sexual content.
The medical side of the game, was fun to experience, but oh so really very overly boring after just a few tries, especially after you learn it doesnt lead to sexy times of any kind. Its after the tenth time you do it, just a pure annoyance, and you end up backscrolling every single choice and just doing random stuff, because you cant be arsed anymore. Then you cheat money, because you cant be arsed to even do that anymore after the 20 time, and just click let the other doctors handle it. So this entire mechanic becomes either a stumbling block that makes you quit, or you start cheating. No sane person would play that out considering this is a porn game.

Now on to the porn side. Yeah... there is some, but considering the effort put into the medical side.. its absolutely lackluster. There isnt a lot. The scenes are extremely short with barely any storyline. The progression is nonexistant. Its all the way through vanilla. And making choices locks you out of other experiences. In this game, thats a VERY bad thing when there is so little of it. On top of that not all events register even if you did the right things and choices. (fx the conference trip. Was "blackmailed" to take pics of relative, option to do so never ever came. Never even heard from the guy again or had any consequences from not doing it. Again I COULDNT do it. Did the walkthrough choices to get more scenes, none at all came. The extra scenes according to walkthrough just never appeared, kiss/hug dialog came... then next thing its the next morning)

Visuals. Not great, not bad. But very forgettable, considering the shortness of the scenes and lack of story when something actually happens.

So I started out very exited about the game, and ended up just cheating to see what could happen, to thinking.. no more pls.

You have a medical fetish? Nonsexual medical diagnosis fetish? Play this game. Dont play this for a fap, there is almost no focus on sex.

A fast fix for the game... timed events are spread out too far. Gains are too low, regardless of if stats or money. And whats the actual point of gaining knowledge, when it does nothing in the game. At least have it lighten your load in examinations. Not just a little, but borderline removing any need to have to guess your way around. Easy fix with a pre examination short inner dialog explaining the needs of the patient or the easy "highlight" important decisions, and with higher knowledge have different gradients of color, red=must do, blue=helpfull, green=not needed but gives info (all easy to do considering you already have them pointsgraded)... something like that and viola knowledge has an effect and you would remove the biggest stumbling block in the game instantly and you will still have the option to not up your knowledge and play it "heavy". The point of having knowledge is that it makes things easier in your job.... (fx at max knowledge stop the bloody diagnosis after report. Or at least give LESS options to fuck up, because well... you know your stuff.) Knowledge SHOULD tell you that if you get a drugaddict in, what would actually be needed to be checked. For a real doctor, that is so basic knowledge that he acts on pure automation, because he knows what to do, you know.. knowledge.

    Early game:

    "great introduction"
    "actual story development"

    Mid game:
"man these generic patients are boring"
"this relative is pretty tempting, but actually nothing is happening"

    Late game:
"only 1 partner can live in our house? why?"
    "this storyline is BS"

everything goes downhill, shame on you this has so much potential

    Great concept. Poor execution

    points:
    Nice unique concept
Many branches to the story (maybe too many)
Each story takes too long to complete (mind you we cant romance multiple partners at once, barring special conditions)

    what could be fixed:
Get us more income at the start (lets face it, the 5th time you GPed a generic patient, you're already bored)
Able to romance multiple partners at once (2 is fine if you want people to have multiple playthrough, but not 1)

Even with the walkthrough I felt that I was blindly feeling my way through the game and that for the amount of time spent grinding I was getting no adult content which is kinda the point of this game at the end of the day.

It looks ok and the UI is useable but you always feel like you don't know what to do next and more importantly what actually triggers an event that pushes a storyline forward. I tried to make progress with the MC's sister but despite several days of doing exactly what the walkthrough describes as the trigger I had made no progress.

If you have a lot of time and patience you could probably make progress but otherwise there are better games out there.

I had high hopes in this one and got disappointed. Even after several attempts and paths, I wasn't able to finish this game. It is just broken and doesn't make any sense. The issue seems to be the scripting. Even the walkthrough wasn't any helpful.

    ######SPOILERS AHEAD#######

Game is mostly following it's timeline and triggering events, which shouldn't accure (Like Vanessa and Aaron acting like you spent the beach day with them and not with your relative).

I even chose a dog and broke up with Rita immediately and the dog disappeared as well, but later as Christina asked, MC replied that he has a dog.

There was even a scene with the relative (when living together) that never happend but both were fighting and yelling about it. She just punched the MC and he got a black eye. Can't remember that this happened.

The exams mostly make no sense too. Sometimes a general inspection is correct, than for no reason it isn't. Just trial and error most of the time.

Exams also doesn't follow the story. For example, Monique is charmed and undresses herself and when the exam starts, shes all dressed again and hiding her body?

As well as for Lacey. Suggesting, that you can visit her by night, but you can't. She also seems forever pregnant. As checked the files, there are just 4 events with her and it seems unfinished.

The game mechanics are broken as hell. The swimming mini game makes no sense. Gain 5 condition to lose 6? Wait for days that a scripted exam happens?
The triggers shouldn't be timed, they should trigger when a event is over. This is just a unnatural stretch of the game.

This happens too often. I was really intrigued by the story and wanted to keep up with the mysterious death of the girls but the rest of the events never triggered because I have made decisions which weren't meant to be.

Same goes for the path that Mr. Xuan want to blackmail you. He demanded pictures of Erika within the next 30 days and I just didn't want to deliver them and even after 90 days nothing happened and still had the oppurtunity to take some shots and deliver them.

There is much more, almost a endless list. This game imo is not finished. Storywise, gameplaywise and it's current state. At this state it could be a version 0.3.

I am a huge supporter by buying games when they are finished, but this is a mess.

Given the fact that Bruni started from 0, it started ok. Doesn't complain about graphics and other stuff. But releasing this game as Completed in it's current stage isn't honest.

Too many bugs and story gaps.

That's why heres just a E for effort.

I like this though I came here to fab this game awakened my interest in some other way

I have interest in Medicine so I like it the medicine content very much I even didnt care about h-scene or other lewd scenes
Earning money , investing , building your own hospital , create a good team , developing your reputation gaining fame in the process it was always my dream so its nice the game has such a great content

Its a pity its completed he would maybe make a game for steam just with the hospital and city content I would buy it

This game is give you a chance to live a life of a doctor. Render is not top quality but ok, the unique hospital experience helps to forget it. If examinations overwhelming or monotonous you can ask a collegue to do your job that means the skipping. You can do the same if you are not interested in medical stuff because the game is very detailed about it. You can roam in the town hit girls or your patients to sleep with you so this is a peek to an ordinary life which was very interesting for me.

Art is ugly, gameplay is annoying, and prose is amateurish. 2 stars though for the effort in case people are really really into the medical theme. But I would give it one star if you're not especially interested in doctor simulations.

Yikes after playing most of the content i can say i am disappointed game is extremely repetitive i had to use cheats with how quickly i got bored of this game playing a doctor is not fun Story is pretty predictable you can easily figure out how most of these relationships will play out and all of them are boring is shit for crying out loud some random girl that you have met for maybe 3-4 minutes ends up telling you that she is pregnant with another mans kid and for some odd reason the MC feels like he has to invite her into his home the fact that he even thinks what to do with her is dumb she leaves her boyfriend being barely a month pregnant with his kid i get the game is not done but it will just be more repetitive and boring but im getting bored even thinking about this game so ill finish the review later and it will be more thought out

This game is so weird and captivating. Barely sexual.

At the start you will have to struggle with a basic sandbox, but quickly you get everything to max and the game has a steady pace after that,

Stories are told with so many intermissions you get lost between the occurrences.
EDIT: Holy shit, some of the stories go dark quickly. This game deserves more polis and reasonable expectations. Went in for the pervy doctor and stayed for the scripted encounters.

But I still gave this game at least 6 hours and I do not know why I cannot stop playing :D

    leia_simulator

The story is kind of interesting, and the concept is novel. I rate that highly.

However, the gameplay is lacking in depth and rather repetitive, and the render quality leaves a lot to be desired.

The idea behind a medical practitioner being corrupt is really inspiring, but the execution is disappointing.

    Writing: (3/5)
    Gameplay: (2/5)
    Rendering/Art: (3/5)

    Overall: (3/5)

So it gets done all basics very well really - eager to jump into the fun the find myself repeating same shit everyday with lackluster focus on sexual content the focus is heavily on the correctness to doctor terms and that stuff to bore the layman.
Somehow i am unsure if i messed up a trust level or some events need to be grinded to boredom also it seems weird to me that some patients have very short side storys or none like one encounter and done and then get back to be a doctor.
Some patients are even mummys , ugly old men and many kids which wel...l .ofc is realism but i don't want that in a porn game those are just bonerkillers. So i tried to play it seriously but often had to rollback due to bugs and thank god Renpy has that rollback mousewheel if not i may have stopped very quickly to play this. And just to get the feel of progress i had to invite patients with that kinda annoying (computer id clipboard copy paste give me person xy) option to at least see if there is somehow more fun to this.
Maybe it is just me and i missed some particular events which need specific requirements and not just skill checks. For Example to get on with Rita you need 20 dates at least, well with Kiko it went lighningfast but after hours of playing it feels just unsatisfying as a porn game and pretentious as a doctor study sim, which is a bit sad since every aspect else was built up well.
So, for people who want to play a hard worked longshot with a low payoff and no tease like a spartan then have fun..

So many 5 stars sold me to try it and not give it up easily but after about 5+ hours i am pretty sure i 'll drop it.

    Rating as of v0.20.

A contender for the most frustrating game on the site. GP has a fundamentally great premise, setting an erotic VN within a serious medical simulator. However, as it's progressed, Bruni has just lost sight of the simple reason most people download their game: To fap.

Success on the medical side directly affects your success on the sexual side of the game. As the medical side has gotten overly complex, it's made the sexual more arduous to obtain. You're spending hours flipping through medical texts to find the correct diagnosis, rather than on the sex.

As a medical simulator, it'd probably rate four or five stars. But this is a game that's lost it's way.

Great Concept, Just Awful User Interface

Bruni Media has claimed that his ambition is to create a game that treats the study, learning, and application of medical diagnosis seriously, while weaving it into a visual novel/RPG setting. That's a really interesting premise, and it's a lot better than the standard VN incestquation of MC + 3/4 females in an apartment. But the execution is problematic on many levels.

First of all, the game has gotten increasingly more punitive. In the latest version (0.0.19), I found each choice to diagnose/use equipment would be graded, and my scores invariably plummeted. In a game where the main draw to players is the relationship/erotic action, it's unrealistic for Bruni Media to expect people to devote any real time to reading up on medical texts built into the game. Information about patients is often vague and incomplete as patients themselves are not sure about their problems, often times only truly revealed after the action/equipment use.

Most people who play the game stumble their way through such exams, and this makes little sense given that the: 1) MC is supposedly a talented doctor; 2) he has staff to assist him with the clinic. Use of hints into say, the MC's internal dialogue, or comments by the staff would really simplify things. And please make the post patient visit-assessment less harsh.

The second major issue with this game is just how poorly the game weaves everyday relationships into the game. What attracted to me about the game were the potential relationships with the sister and the nurse. But it was impossible to proactively interact with them outside of what the game determined for you, and this was especially the case for the nurse. As for the sister, I just found myself constantly relaxing at home just to progress in the storyline with her. But even then, I found that so many choices were just beyond my control.

The whole game is overwhelmingly passive: you visit various sites in the city on this overly limited morning/afternoon split, and often times it's just you gain a bit in some attribute, but there's no real interaction with NPCs and it's an incredibly lonely game.

A third issue (this and two smaller notes, bear with me): The fame mechanic. Please fix this. There is no surefire way to increase fame unless the MC nails every patient visit, since the NPCs will overall in the long run decrease the clinic's fame. Why then, is the MC paying these people? In earlier versions, I found myself constantly going into the console just to adjust my fame since it dropping even though all of my patients had been increasing my fame. This is ridiculous.

There's a ton of other things that are problematic with this game. But just two notes: the graphics are really rough and really should be better. This may not be the the developer's field of expertise, but they're really quite rough. And if this game is going to be this difficult, grindy to play, it needs a better walkthrough/in-game hint system to let us know what else hasn't been done.

This is a game with an exciting premise, but incredibly frustrating UX issues that could've been solved with some foresight and some empathy for those of us who don't have much medical background and don't intend on spending hours reading up on it, even if it's provided in the game. It's the relationships that are the most compelling, and the game has to make it easy to advance that. The medical diagnostic goal is a good one, but it should be able to do both that and building a great relationship VN.

The latest version (0.19) is the first time I've tried this game, so I can't speak to the history of bugs and/or how quickly they get fixed. What I can say though is that this version has been effectively unplayable due to the insanely high amount of bugs and errors, and is without doubt one of the most frustrating game experiences I've ever had.

Frequently the report on my examination says that I didn't perform a test that I absolutely did, and even going back to do it again it still insists it wasn't done, docking you the points and money erroneously. At other times, you get penalized for not performing a test that wasn't even available in the interface, which has been as simple as checking extremities. With the examinations being such a central and core part of the game, this is a big deal, and spoils the entire experience.

Unfortunately, without the exam and diagnosis elements being reliable, there is simply no purpose to the game at all. The graphics are of exceptionally low quality, with low quality models in ultra-low quality renders and terrible lighting. The UI is simple and barely functional, especially in the examination scenes, where it is often exceptionally and unnecessarily difficult to even find an option, and then harder still to click it. There is no consistency to the UI of examinations, the central function of the game.

Game mechanics themselves are also frustrating for little if any good reason. For example, it is impossible to speak to family or a live in girlfriend either before or over breakfast without deciding to skip all other actions for the entire morning, including work. You'll also find that you are the only human being in the world who can't take a lunch break without losing the entire afternoon. This limitation feels so incredibly forced and unnatural, especially in 'Story Mode' where relationships and interactions ought to be the major focus of the game, that it just feels like a very clumsy trick to space out the game over more days with less content.

The core concept of a medical game where your skills as a doctor, and your ability to accurately examine and assess patients is core to building your reputation, is a very novel and good idea. Unfortunately, this game does not realise that concept well at all and seems to have chosen to effectively throw it away on very poor graphics, mechanics, and coding.

I honestly struggle to rate the game in its current version at 1/10, so even a 1 star rating of 5 is actually rating it too highly. If the developer were to find someone who actually knows about graphics and rendering, or took the time to learn how to do it to even a reasonable amateur level then it would double the quality of the game. The bugs need to be caught earlier, in more rigorous alpha testing, especially any related to the functionality of the examinations (which is supposedly a stand-alone function of the game). The UI would be bearable if it simply had consistency.

It's nice to see a game instead of yet another VN involving the same basic family (mom and two sisters). Still quite buggy, but worth playing. I will be watching the updates on this one with interest.

Fantastic work from the dev , every update makes the game better , the dev is very nice and open to discuss the issues and checks the errors /bugs that you have .
Game is a very good tool to learn a couple things in the medicine world and overall knowledge.

seldom do i learn anything from games..because of this..i know too much now..but as an info sponge i love it..the game itself is humongous with many branches and ways to play...its is a massive undertaking but the dev while making some minor mistakes here and there is on the ball..i'm somewhat addicted to this game and whenever there is nothing else updated or ready i always load this back up...highly recommend for people that want the most unique game here..
after continuously playing through updates constant bugs and grind from hell..i had to lower my rating and thoughts on this game..ya just burn out playing it trying to have fun..it has become too technical medical and the adult game part is buried...every update is constant bugs and infinity loops..after this long you'd think proper testing would occur before release but no..there is no joy left in this game..at all :(

An amazingly smart game! As someone with a medical background, I find it kinda cool to see a game with so much medical knowledge infused. The game is very immersive.
Reading patient records, performing examinations and ordering tests made me feel like I was doing a clinical sim and almost forgot i was playing a game. There's little to no grind at all... It's a refreshing change from the usual "bang everyone" game.

If you're looking for a smart & interesting game to play, I HIGHLY suggest you give it a try!

Very disappointed in this game for several reason
    1. Far too much of a Grind fest
    2. The amount of RNG was atrocious
    3. The Fame Mechanic in particular was frustrating as it was very difficult to increase but would tank because of RNG action of NPC characters
    4. The graphics were mediocre at best
    5. There appears to be 0 animation

I like the concept but this game needs a lot work. A few recommendations:

    1. Reduce the reliance on RNG especially for Fame and Cash
    2. Add consistent way to increase fame (such as advertising on the internet or something)
    3. Create a better walk-through. Following the one provided feels disjointed. It seems to start with the Relative and for is following the daily path but then you get down to Chapter 5 and its talking about Rita. I would add a general synopsis on how traits are increased in the beginning and explain the different possible routes.

Those are critiques and maybe it gets better the longer you play but part a good game is getting comfortable in the beginning and then building up the diffuclty as you go this games throws you in the deep with little to no explanation and expects you swim
