Does anyone have any good recommendations on games that aren't your typical just messages constantly with minimal porn where you are just constantly clicking through? I am looking for something that has a bunch of explicit activity, that allows me to do either follow a specified path or even make my own but I dont want to be clicking for 5 years to get to one sex scene. I would really like something that is a majority of explicit

Try this, it's pretty heavy on animated sex scenes past the early game. Mostly linear but you do get two routes and some agency in what content you want to do in the late game.
