Oh my God, finally the theme of the game is interesting to me! So, so far, this is a very story-oriented demo. And the demo is pretty raw. But now it's a game with the right mindset and great graphics. First of all, I am writing this review for two reasons: so that people understand that this is a technical demo, and not a full-fledged game. And the second reason is the hope to convey to the developer the idea: So far, each patient is a couple of clicks, and there are only three such patients per day. The gameplay cycle is too short. This game needs patient care to be more skill-dependent and focused. Let's play the game, cope and lose, and not just click on luck. Give the gameplay its time.

the graphics are awful the movements are mechanical .. the options are limited to say the least the UI is clunky

the poster mentioned "on edge" this game unfortunately falls way short of that. I suggest the dev play it though to get ideas

I know its a Demo but the is no way it deserves 5 stars at this point

There is no way to upgrade extractions yet and the 80's style pixel graphics are a turn off

I get what the dev is trying to do but at this point it does not hit that mark

As a fan of the unfortunately abandoned On Edge game, I'm very excited for the Genes of Glory. The game has a huge amount of potential, right now favoring an almost Starmaker Story AI pixel render look. I'm not sure if the game has AI, but I couldn't care less. There's a decent game loop in here, as of 1.0 Alpha it's totally bare bones however.

I think with fully fleshed out progression mechanics, similar to Succum Brewery or Karryn's Prison, there's a lot of ground this game can cover. The potential for outfits, styles, techniques, passives, actives, items, "enemy" rarity mechanics, achievements and challenges (I think controlling stats to get different endings, reactions, etc similar to Karryn's Prison could be really interesting!) etc. is massive. Definitely one for the watchlist.

And let me end this by thanking the dev for not making it RPGM...!
