Daz Genesis 8.1 female and Stocking Settings problem

As you can see, the skin on the upper part of the socks is deformed. Is there a way to fix this?I think stocking settings is not suitable for genesis 8.1 but maybe there is a way that I don't know about. This is the asset I use. https://f95zone.to/threads/stocking-settings-for-g3f-g8f.20233/

I'm mid-render, so I can't test it myself, but look at the "Additional Info" spoiler. At the bottom, you see this:

NOTE: You can use these stocking materials over ANY skin texture for G3F and G8F as long as those textures use the BASE UVs. They will not work if the skin texture does not use the base UVs.

It's a product made for Genesis 3 and 8 Females in 2018, far before 8.1 was a thing, iirc. I'm aware that a lot, if not most, G8 assets work on 8.1. I could be wrong, but I believe that G8 and G8.1 use different UVs, which is likely what is causing this issue. Again, could be wrong there. Not entirely sure at all. That said, something like
