Get story text from RenPy game?

Is it possible to get all of the story/text in a RenPy game? And maybe the images too, but I want to read all the dialogue options.

 

[Meaning Less]

Games that are already unpacked you can directly open the .rpy files and see every dialogue line in them.

And for games that are packed into .rpa files you just have to unpack them first.
