Getting Kemono to update all of their Gumroad and Patreon accounts

Does anyone know how to get Kemono to update all of the Gumroad accounts that they have on their sites? I really want them to add all of the stuff that V66Box has on their gumroad account, though I'm too poor to subscribe to their Gumroad account and I know that if I ask Kemono to do it, they'll get mad and probably block me if I do. So does anyone know a way to make this possible, outside of what I've mentioned? Also I want them to update some patreon accounts that they have as well such as ones by Ratchetjak.

where you could post requests but requests have been disabled indefinitely for more than a year now. Updates on my followed pages are becoming less frequent and I'm gradually losing hope for kemono.
