They haven't even got started on the sea/island/ocean stuff yet. So they've got a lot more milking to do with a few characters to drag the development on with. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see that stuff for a year or so. To be fair, although bland, 5+ scenes a month with the team actually drawing the character stuff (albiet a lot of it swapping layers for facial expressions) is decent amount of output.
I stopped subbing a while ago after backing for a few years (I'm still annoyed Seinaru got dropped tbf, I still want to see some sort of content where MC is trained to not be instadeath all the time, to at least survive accidents.)
It's a world of magic that even humans can use it, so its disappointing they don't have the MC able to do SOME things where at least with the mobs in forests/other humans/tinies he can hold his own (even if he's still going to get wiped by a determined giantess). Missed opportunities to have him learn with multiple factions.
Bro, not trying to be an ass, but you can use this to quote multiple messages in one post to not drown out the thread conversations with 4+ posts in one sitting. "Double/triple/quadruple posting" all the time is a bit much...

Animations WOULD be nice but they take a long time to make. This game is already planned to be huge, animating even a few scenes would make updates much longer

They kinda are doing that with Diula. MC taking lessons on 'green mana', so it's not like MC has no way to use magic.
I hope that really goes somewhere.
Inb4 MC makes something with it (some ultra rare flower/plant everyone thought extinct or something) to romance Diula as part of a wholesome scene/route.
(I need to rush through some of the content. Been posting in here recently now that I have a touch of time to catch up on some games again. )

On another topic, do any of you think some of the recent art feels different? Mostly the faces I mean. Let me show an example...
Not sure if it's just me, but the recent ones just look... different, and I can't explain why. I noticed it with Kive and a couple others as well.
