ah these where started on a fresh save, could itr be that the global save is messign with it becuase that one has jumped around between versions
did a fresh save and back up and moved the renpy save folder started a frsh save and the game ends at the same point
also used the guide to make sure i made all the right choices

downloadd a fresh copy of the game, your game looks broken. also don't use whatever mod you'rre using.
have you tried going to C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\RenPy and removing the entire giant guardians file?

Maryen, Eliette, Bezvalienne. That's 3.
Viridice - 2
Lycalis - 2
Timfalme - 1.5 (technically 2 now)
The only one that exceeds is Homaspernia, having 5 - Kendra, Yakuu, Vai'Klis, Nyxmay and Makla.

I know, but over-saturating one character might make sponsors to get tired of her, so they will more willingly order others.
It kinda happened to Madea I think.
Timfalme has 5 though: Sheina, Kive, Margarita, Croixelle and now Orphelith (very likely helga and the twins in the future)

That's the 2nd place after Homaspernia, so not overcrowded, but still crowded. Not to mention many side chars that Homaspernia don't have. If I remember right, there is only that mini-giantess slave trader, wolf slave, succubus and a cultist girl.
For Keisiema it's:
Fierkel,
Jewelry owner,
Evalin,
some random citizens that make single appearance,
a girl from neutral territories (Eliette route)
old goat lady that technically belongs to Keisiema route,
That angel maid...

To clarify, I don't think that there is no place for Evalin. Being crowded only implies, in my opinion, that it's less likely to get another route there. What's more important is that there is no point right now to get to the route, for both Eliette and Maryen you're already too far into them to just ditch them like that. Maybe if there was a place after the first night, when Sheina pays a visit.
Now that I think about it, it might be a good turning point, because right now not wanting to be with Eliette at the beginning does nothing. Adding it there however would mean interjecting into already written story, which would make old scenes with Evalin obsolete.

Kive and Margarita are not actually from Timfalme. Also Sheina, yeah, totally forgot about her. To be fair though, we will probably be everywhere with her, especially once we catch up to the moment of visiting Viridice and Lycalis to summon the guardians for war declaration.

I disagree, despite Homaspernia having the most char routes, all of them are more centered about characters themselves, they don't show much about Homaspernia, except for their violent laws maybe. With Vai'Klis route you can pretty much forget that you're in a Sadistland, it becomes a background while discussing the struggles of undead. Kendra, Makla and Nyxmay would rather tell their own stories, and Yakuu is more about foreign politics.
Keisiema is a different story. We already know bits about former rulers, current rulers (prince Leftheris), bits about history, political and social life, some stories of the people even (Bezvalienne ex for example). We have the big arc that tied directly to the Kingdom, about levitation spell fading away.
as far as i'm aware, marg and kive both live in the kingdom of timfalme even if it's in the outskirts of town. Sure they're not in the actual castle, but I would still count them as part of the overall kingdom.
so yeah, the problem is probably the game files. Either you're somehow messing up the installation or the version of the game you're downloading is borked.
Same here hahaAnother game with giantesses!? Wow! At times like these I feel glad that I am alive now and can enjoy it.
