Uh... They HAVE different routes. Croixele splits from the Timfalme path if you pick certain choices.Orphelith getting a likely dedicated route sounds good to me. It almost seems odd they haven't differentiated Queen vs Princess routes. Supposedly they're branching paths of the "same route." Almost feels like they don't want to admit they ended up adding another route at this point.
Slightly related point... Unless both of their content is part of the same route after all. Maybe a couple character's routes "merge" later on with flags/affection points, lewdness/courage impacting what dialogue/scenes show within them?
Seems like a lot of overlap is going on with Kendra/Maryen/Eliette routes given the one Maryen/Eliette scene where one dialogue choice results in the same interaction as occurs with the other? Maybe we get something like that with Madea or a a couple in other kingdoms who have a lot of scenes that overlap/crossover.

Haven't played yet, but here's my thoughts on that.
From a story standpoint: I can see the gemini gems having a story path, basically being living magical constructs. Could possibly play into MC being "controlled" (if you could call it that). MC having any possible memories locked away can be seen as control IMO. Like the maids basically being loosely tethered to Orphelith/Timfalme castle via magic (unless I'm remembering wrong).
As for Helga... I don't think there's enough info (yet) that would give a good story reason. Granted, Kive doesn't really have one either (again, yet). I feel like the main point of staying with one main LI is to discover MC's past with help (in some aspect) from said main LI. I could see it with Marg, with the entire "destiny" thing (or possession in regards to being "unfaithful").
Not saying it won't, just that I don't see a good reason why (...yet...). I'm definitely hoping Helga gets a story path anyway.

By the way... do we actually know for sure that Orphelith's husband is deceased? I don't remember seeing it being said explicitly, which makes me wonder...maybe he isn't (or at least, wasn't) dead. Maybe... there's a link between MC and him. I thought MC might have a connection to Maryen and Kendra's father, but now I'm starting to think that MC could possibly be some kind of descendant; but from the king and this "void goddess".
Maybe everyone thinks he's dead, but what if this void goddess actually took him? And maybe that could be a big reason MC's memories are imprisoned so heavily.
I feel like I'm reaching far with this, but it kinda makes sense in my head.

I wonder when the Queen will start developing feelings for the MC like most of the main Guardians for their routes so far she's been Neutral with MC

I mean, her route hasn't even officially started yet
probably until at least that happens.the book mentions it, and both Croixelle and Ophelith confirm it (by saying they both wear black to grieve for him). I doubt Orphelith of all people would be fooled by a "fake death" plotline.
I do wonder how Orphelith's route fork is going to work though... Maybe her good route will be similar to what her husband used to do (trying to influence her to enact more "humane" policies) while her bad route will be more about influencing her to be even more autocratic.
Can't believe MC got offered to be the castle's resident NEET, with giant maids and a goth tomboy to boot

No lower limbs for you, hahaha. Jokes aside though, there are other characters that are much more about this kink - Sheina and Helga. Others do it occasionally. Also isn't Sheina the first character who steps on you? Without 100% lethality I mean.
