Regarding Maryen, I suspect she has not two routes, but three. I'll back up my words with evidence later, of course. And I don't think Maryen is the only one with three versions.
Bro, I understand you perfectly. I think I wrote about this in the past, too, citing examples of images generated entirely by AI, where the feet looked realistic and detailed enough. And the overall body type, the body position. There are definitely issues with that.
I'm especially surprised when there are issues even in scenes that are supposed to emphasize the feet.

Neyram route was very concerning to say the least. MC unleashed the beast inside her and it goes downhill fast. The problem, however, is that I didn't quite catch how does he feel about it. His first attempts were genuinely to help Maryen with her urges, but what now? Is he loving it? Is he afraid, but just can't admit it to her? During this update he didn't think anything to clarify his feelings like it was in "dark" Eliette route for example, where we get a clear picture through his own words. Either way, if Artical keeps the pace with this one, we will probably have to witness the fall of Keisiema very soon.

I think the devs will begin with the underwater kingdom once each route reach some kind of break point, because I don't think each route will explain the past of the MC. Up until now the only ones that show us something about his past are Nyx, Vai and The Queen (I don't think I am missing another one but I am not sure). I think there was also a scene in Maryen route like in the very beginning but it wasn't really important.

It really seems like a mistake, and I also find it kind of unfortunate that there is no sort of middle route right. Where you do want to be with her, make her accept herself but don't exactly want to be a toy either.

I would go with Orphelith, more because it would give me the "royal assistant" position and job, which sounds hard but interesting as heck! And having time with the Queen I could learn so much, and maybe even getting close to her. Also with such a position I would be in position to marry with a royal Giantess, hoping to have enough time to meet Croixelle, but I would be more interested in Cygnia. She is absurdly gorgeous!
The queen's daughter also gives a little information about MC's past.
Although the volume is very, very small, I think it can be considered information about MC's past.
In my opinion(Tier list of who to end up with if you want to survive):
Kendra=Dead, F tier
Yakuu=E Tier(100% subservient) || suberv+hero: D Tier
Nyxmay=C/D TIER (More than likely died in the beginning but if you use your head you can earn her favour you may survive, plus her cruelty is nuanced)
Vai'Klis= B Tier (Will protect you if you make it there from any dangers, but still live in homa)
Naya= C tier(Lover's Path, Naya is still dangerous for you and could fall for temptations even here) || E tier(Other Paths, you will probably die under some giantess at some point if you survive this Naya)
(If you are not careful you will die very early on too, (you can't use your brain to survive naya early on either))
Madea(Lover's Route)=A Tier Pick, but still dangerous due to not knowing spells+war but will do everything to protect you though. (my fav pick but id never end up there)
Sheina=SS Tier
Margarita= S tier Pick, but can't protect you with any spells
Eliette= S Tier (Will protect you, but not SS because she can be a danger herself more than others)
Maryen=SS TIER(Don't accept self) || B Tier (Accept self) (she might just end up killing you without eyepatch if you are not careful but can hold herself back more)
Bevzy= SS TIER(In love with some sense)/A/B Tier(zero sense love/obsessed) (still won't die, she won't let it happen but you might become a mindless)
Regina: S Tier (War, but has spells to protect you)
Queen&Side Path= S Tier /SS Tier for Queen(not easily provoked, and will generally protect you as long as you apply sense+overall amazing life)
Diula: SS Tier (War but you learn how to defend yourself and she will also defend you w/magic and her plant stuff, even if you are only a sex partner to her)
I think I would personally pick a Keishima Girl or Madea, if im unlucky though I'll end up with maryen, encourage her to accept herself realise I fucked up and know if I tried to leave her I'd bring down a whole kingdom and the wrath of a guardian who will 100% kill me.
Realistically though, I'd most likely end up with Regina if I couldn't just directly pick. (run from kendra fight, and freeze when i face regina directly)
rough tiering:
SS Tier=Very unlikely to die, good sorroundings and can protect you with spells (You just won't die as long as you are insane)
S Tier= Loving and mostly safe sorroundings (wont die with some common sense)
A Tier= Something is unsafe but minor if you are careful (Low chance to die)
B Tier= Something is aggregiously unsafe but they can shield you from it. (moderate chance to die)
C Tier= Likely to die.
D Tier= Extremly likely to die, but can survive without plot armor
E Tier= More than likely will die at some point
F Tier= Definitely will die without MC Plot armor.
in terms of environment:
Timfalm&Outskirts= SS TIER
Keishima(while there is no war)= S Tier
Viri= A Tier (It's safe but its still in a forest with yes more security but lycalis like monsters around), B Tier with War
Lycalis= C Tier (not marked/it washed off? one perso don't know you?=Dead, eaten alive, raped to death), D Tier with War
Homa= E/F Tier
I think most people would end up in Viri overall though. Fight or Flight kicks in for the beginning.
You'll more than likely run, but some will freeze completely and end up in Homa and then die to Nyxmay
If you run, you'll face Regina, realising you can NOT run from her and freeze (since you are more than likely very scared you'll think she is aggressive)
OR: You keep running anyway just to die to Naya (she will kill you even if you beg iirc).
Very unlikely to end up on the Keishima or be horny enough in the situation with Naya to end up in Lycalis
