Gilf games in fantasy worlds?

I was thinking about it and it is weird how i never found a game like that, you know, where the woman is a hunter or arrives at a village and gets corrupted by the event that happen around her, like working at a bar or doing quest from the villagers, the classy stuff. The potential is there, for example, an "old" woman like this one:

is traveling around the world doing various kind of works, but she doesn't realize how attractive she really is and has a little bit of a sad personality and when the men look at her she thinks they are giving her disgusting looks or if they compliment her she thinks is because she is old.
I can't be the only one with an idea like that, right?
