Ren'Py - Ginas Gym [v0.7.3] [The_Don]

One of the better FMG focused games out there. FMG scenes are good. AI Art is slightly above average when compared to the other FMG games. Game is not really to interested in sex scenes in general. It focuses more on muscles and muscle related things instead. There is this whole combat system in the game that is really hit or miss depending on who you talk to. Writing is okay but the dev does something that I feel is slightly childish. The MC has like a devil and angel counterpart in her mind that basically debate and monologue. There is also a few 4th wall / meta references sprinkled in that I don't really like but whatever. The story kind of gets complicated fast with a large cast of characters and multiple antagonists. Had a recent update that I did like though with two new FMG scenes that were hot.

First of all let me start by saying I've been an IFBB pro for the last 10 years and started training 15 years ago.

Pros:
Beautiful AI models for sure
Interesting story

Cons:
Too much, I mean too MUCH pointless dialogue (the angel and devil ones could be cut out 70%).
Dialogue-to-lewd ratio very unsatisfactory. Words, walls and walls of text and no lewd. No shower, no flicking the bean,no nudity for hours and hours after tons and tons of text.
Men-to-women ratio unsatisfactory. Sometimes feels like I'm playing a LGBT game because of the sheer amount of muscly men.


That being said I'll follow this game closely and re-evaluate as it gets updates

Enjoyable game so far. It seems like there are a lot of things to come. I've played it through once, without any guides, cheats, or help, and there is a lot there. I probably missed some things so I'll check out the Discord and play through again.

Right now this isn't a fap fap fap game. Most of the sex is with other characters or dreams. The corruption of the MC is much slower than her muscle gains. There is story, albeit a bit disjointed from my first play through. There is a bit of a grind, but I didn't see any extreme lockouts.

Yes, the graphics are AI, there are some oddities, but they aren't that horrible.

Im just gonna start with the obvious. I dont think a lot of people like AI art and while i wouldnt say Im a part of that croud, often AI is used as a lazy tool to get easy pretty pictures and that not even going into the ethics of it all.
That being said, Aiart rarely fails to be hot. It may not have soul but its porn even if there is basicaly no sex in this (yet) its not high art.

By all means while i will always be for paying artisst to draw the art, sometimes not everyone has the connections of money for it and if aiart helps to get someone project off the ground thats only a plus for the world. But .

But, im not here for ai art, im here for Ginas Gym and I love it. The writing is charming and fun, (not a fan of the 'AI art takes effort'(ofcourse it does) but ill let that slide for now) The journey is admirable, the fanatasy is hot and the transformation from a submissive girl to a more dominant one is rare to find. And while the training process is fairly unrealist and the progression can be tedious if you dont know what to do, I had a good time.

Anyway, Im not really a reviewing person. I just find this game painfully overlooked and hope more people with simulair taste to mine, will find it and give it a shot.

2025 edit: Im lowering my score. Its been a while since i last checked the game out and ive not been able too keep up with recent updates. The use of AI music has been, while not the main reason been a bit for me. While I found the AI images are at least somewhat justified to get the project off the ground, music just is completely unnecessary. Its however an improvement over the strange silence we had before the music adding update,the use of putting the sounds track front and center just hits all wrong.
