@Moz69 You are correct. I will rethink the corruption part. Now I just don't know why.... it has to be somehow harder to get corrupted, or more realistic (not just walking until you have 50 corruption then webcam/gloryhole etc...) and it has to be much less repetitive. Probably some NPC will help, but it will take a few versions until then

@ravensm I have only test it on windows. I will try to make it work on linux also. I understand from some older posts that you can rename some of the files an it will work.

The problem is due to case-insensitive file-systems. I made it work as a workaround by mounting the game-folder inside of ciopfs.

So other people on linux: Create an empty folder and use "ciopfs EmptyFolder GirlintheCity". And unpack the game inside of the GirlintheCity-Folder. Only work from the GirlintheCity-Folder.

This game needs an update! When the police arrest you several times, you no longer have the chance to get out of jail! I spent 50 days in a row in jail, then I restarted the game!

In the "Statistics" under "You spend X days in jail." there should be a " Days until free from jail: Y" when you can see how many days do you have to spend in jail until release. Can you tell me what is written there? Do you have the save file?
Anyway I will look into this issue.

Start a new game, default character except the last part .. I select "you lost everything" ... random image .. etc etc! so far, everything is ok !! cheats a go go .. I buy a house ... blah blah blah .. and start life as a prostitute! yaaaay Who doesn't like to see porn images? xD Jokes aside, I get arrested by the police and then in the statistics "Days until free from jail: $ sentanceInDays" appears !! and from here begins the long life in prison xD

As for translation... It's pretty hard. I mean first twine doesn't allow reading from a file so that would mean completely different versions from different languages (and now the game is very early in development so it will be a pain in the ass to support X versions at once) and second I don't know italian and google translate is not exactly reliable...
Maybe when the game will be finished (or nearly finished) if there is enought demand, but translations will not happen soon (if at all).

Like dude if anyone would like the game to translate it to czech or slovak Im willing to try it to translate or cooperate on translation to these languages. Just gimme a call. These are my native languages so I can help ya with it. Not so good in Italian I guess. Just sayin.

10x, but it will take a while before the game will be advanced enough to be translated. Unfortunately twine can't read from txt files. Anyway I will keep this in mind if I will translate the game. 10x

It was just a small request, if it is not feasible do not worry .. important that the games are decent and satisfy the players even only with the English language =P

I messed around it. Its too open world. There doesn't seem to be much of a story or real object, other than lets see if we cant corrupt this girl. You end up just clicking things hoping it drops some porn basically. Which at that point lets just open up the images folder and look what the dev choose. Needs more of a actual story. Missing work doesnt even seem to do much. Its not like you get fired when dont go for a full week. Dont even to make it up. Oh you missed thats fine.

@Zarathos4 I agree with you. And the next version will address this issue (at least partially). Adding content and story is one of the primary goals now, after balancing the game . Also work it's just a placeholder, will add more content in the following versions including punishment for missing work.
