Do I need to downgrade to a specific version of Bedrock Edition to run this mod? I really don't know much about the Bedrock Edition modding scene, other then it is much smaller than the Java Edition scene. But I do know that most mods for Java Edition tend to not be compatible with the latest version of Java Edition, and require you to install a modloader for a specific version.
And how does one install mods for the Android version of Bedrock Edition running on real Android devices, on WayDroid, and the Minecraft Bedrock Launcher for GNU/Linux?

It works even on the newest version of Bedrock and you don't need to install anything else if you have non-pirated Minecraft just double click on the mod file and it installs itself

Are you sure this works in the Android version? Correct me if I am wrong, but the files types are not associated with Minecraft Bedrock Launcher on GNU/Linux, so you cannot double click to install the mod. It just won't work. Maybe this launcher does have functionality to install mods like this, just not with the file type association.
From what I once saw, apparently, Minecraft Bedrock does apparently make use of the Document Provider on Android to create a file type association that can then be used from a file manager. This is not a very well known or well documented feature, if it exists. Most of the time, the Document Provider feature on Android does not function as intended, hence why most Android apps requested full access to External Storage just to function at all back then. Still, Document Provider seems to be the way for those on real Android devices and on WayDroid, if Minecraft actually does use it.
And thanks for confirming that it just works on the latest version.

It turns out, I was right about the file type association (for the Bedrock Launcher), but I just confirmed myself that you absolutely can use the Minecraft Bedrock Launcher on GNU/Linux to install mods like this. Installation instructions are pretty different, but still pretty straightforward.

Is it possible that anyone knows what happened to AntiGM? It seems that soon after releasing 0.4.8, they just vanished from the world, leaving their mod to rot away.
