The game is about a guy who moves back in with his mom/stepmom I believe and she lives there with his sister who can't speak. (SPOILERRRRR) the girl actually can speak but refuses not to, she only speak to her friend. But anyways the mom is on some medication that makes her gullible at certain times of the day and she can't remember what happens afterwards.
