I can't recall any characters that have that day dreamy state that Luna has... but as for the rest I feel like Lucy in My New Family eventually shows the other qualities you're looking for. You may also like Caitlin as she learns to come out of her shell in A House In The Rift, though there's not a lot of romance there just yet.
