Yes, the relationship with Katrin started late, this build-up of tension will find fertile ground in the next episodes. I had to align all the paths to ensure that MC has free will.
As for the threesome with FMC, I can confirm that there will be two types of situation
1- MC watches or gets turned on knowing FMC is with another man.

I can't wait for more sharing scenes where the MC is involved I loved how he held her hand during the Mark scene on of the better sharing scenes as it felt romantic still to me. So im hopeful to see that in S2.

Also weirdly enough so far this games also makes me somewhat like the NTR scenes too. Most games I play them to see everything but don't really like the NTR scenes. But in this game I tend to like them more as I just want to see more scenes with the FMC as I really like her character. I don't know why I like her character so much but I like her enough that I just want to see every possible scene with her lewd or non lewd even if it's something im not a fan of or like. If the presence of character "A" in the harem is tied to character "B" and I don't like "B", I will refuse both. If we talk about the easy accessibility of women, then the most easily accessible women are in the NTSE genre. Take a calculator and calculate how many men/partners fuck one woman in a harem and how many in NTR/NTSE/sharing. My calculator is old, the screen is small, the number does not fit on the screen.

This is pointless, because all your situations do not change anything and do not pose a threat to the relationship between the MC and the FMC. You have already stated “MC will endure and forgive”, there is no intrigue, in fact, you have told the ending.

You have spoken several times about creating relationships close to real ones, I hope you will be consistent and not forget a few important nuances.
Cheating always kills trust. No man will fuck a woman who has betrayed him, he will be disgusted to touch her. He will not sleep in the same bed with her, will not go to clubs or restaurants with her. If the cheating happens during a photo shoot (as an example), he will not continue to do it, at least with her participation. He will not communicate or work with the person with whom she cheated on him.
Time will pass and some of the old relationships will return, but it won’t be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
I hope you take this into account in your story and give the player a choice.
