I thought I always disliked these types of focused games but then I realized its because I've mostly been exposed to the western ones which I consider mostly "awful", but a lot of these otokonoko games are fantastic.
This comment made me see the light, my thanks fellow brother.
So about that, mammals are unique in that they get an actual hole devoted just for babies and fun. Most animals push babies out of the same hole they shit from(cloaca) so biologically it wouldn't be a stretch and as a side topic this is why you should be careful with raw eggs.

Still, the translation is appreciated. Shame I didn't like it more since there isn't nearly enough trap works out there, but hopefully others will get more out of it than I did.
This eroge just casually dropped a correct usage of 'platonic'. People get this wrong literally all of the time and here this little game knows what Plato was on about. Between the way it relentlessly mocks the MC for being such an uptight, irritable goober who thinks that anime standbys, like knowing someone for slightly longer than everyone else, should entitle him to their love - even if he's being a dickhole - and the way the better Takumi is defeating every prejudiced dick he comes across, leaving a trail of highly obedient simp dicks in his wake, this is a highly cultured game.
