not really arguing. though, i will point out that english grammar is notoriously double-sided.

aka, restricted to CAN mean "not this group". not that it always does, or that it's the usual use of the phrase.

i didn't say it DOES, i said it CAN. as in, it's one of the uses of the phrase, just not a common one.
