For me, it's either Sexbot or Loser
Sexbot is a funny, well-written, but very straightforward 3D-animated Ren'py game about a loser who gets essentially a magic sex robot trying to help him bang every lady he knows (definitely including people he lives with whose relationship you can define). Excellent art, easy to get into, lots of stuff to unlock. Top tier.
Loser, by Night City Productions (they also make the SuperPowered games), is an incredibly deep skill builder game, set in a relatively realistic world with many sexy characters who you can essentially all seduce using ordinary powers of persuasion. The art is excellent, the interactions (not necessarily the sex) are surprisingly realistic for a porn game, and it's just really well-designed and unique. Be warned: it's on average pretty grindy, but part of the appeal is having a closer-to-realistic character development system than we've seen in most games. The many potential love interest characters (some of whom live in the main character's home) are what sell it. A novel take on role-playing in a Western porn game.
Note: if you're looking for amazing games initially released this year...I really can't think of any that hit that mark yet. There are some that might be on their way, but nothing that jumps out at me as "If you don't play this you're an idiot!"

- Degrees of Lewdity: Absolutely amazing for a text based, but some events are too out-of-the-way or cryptic to find without the wiki.
- Alien Quest Eve: Hands down the best art here, otherwise 4/10 gameplay.
- Breeders of The Nephelym: Best animations and not too furry, but the gameplay sucks absolute ass.
- Rignetta's Adventure: Genuinely gets everything right. Only missing a trademark mechanic to make it a 10/10
