Goblin burrow: Can we help improve it or make our own with blackjack and hookers?

The Game series and now animated hentai series Goblin Burrow by Peperoncino have been one of my favorite games for a good long time now. It has seen some changes over time, but they don't carry over from game to game all the time, and I don't know if the game is improving from iteration to iteration.


Goblin Burrow is an action, strategy, and management game that boils down to this

  • Create an offensive and defensive goblin squad
  • attack a settlement,
  • capture girl at the settlement (there is sometimes, now rarely a scene here, maybe 2 non-animated Cg's)
  • Breed her ( each unit has a scene with maybe 2 non-animated cg's in this, after the cg there is a sprite sex loop animation... which is sometimes IMO hotter than the cg's)
  • your little hellspawn can inherit her traits and abilities with probability
  • You rampage through the country fighting increasingly difficult armies, gaining more abilities from the women at the settlements, while also defending your base from attacks
  • if you die, new game+ allows you to keep your last generation to terrorize again
There are more things but here are some of my issues.
there are only a handful of goblin units, the variety comes from the traits and abilities
The story can be very meh. The scene scenarios can be repetitive.

I wish the game was more modular, I want us to make our own scenes, systems, and more. Maybe make it multi-monster, or add Re:monster like goblin evolutions or units, I want more roguelike elements, hell if we could earn things from sending the same units out like xcom that would be neat, I want back some of the cool features like in THE FABLE if you didn't capture the unit early. it transformed into a bigger threat.

I want to see what the Goblin Burrow community wants too! Maybe we can garner enough attention to the game, that some modder or developer is willing to make something like it. They would certainly earn my patronage.

What do you guys think?

I would have probably liked GB with non-rape corruption and of course better English. There's something about conquering and subverting powerful, arrogant heroines, but it doesn't work when the writing sucks. Then again, the emphasis on breeding the heroines doesn't really work with slow corruption, so I dunno. Maybe I'd make it so that unnamed enemy units are the main breeders, and heroines can, when corrupted, breed more powerful units with a slower throughput.

not a bad idea, I don't mind the rape corruption because, they're monsters, It makes them feel inherently evil, I kind of like playing the bad guy.

But I do also see that non-rape corruption could be dope. maybe making the heroines more like war prisoners you have to slowly corrupt would be interesting! and bring in more people to play!

The unnamed enemy units being the breeders does make a bit of sense, but I do wonder how we could keep variation at that point? keep the scenes from getting dull and repetitive I'm sure there's a way. goblin burrow did it by making the heroines differ in personality, and changing the CG sex position.
