When you say a new game, do you mean that a new Goblin Burrow game has been announced?

かつて勇者だった妻達へ （To The Wives Who Were Once Heroes）
According to the blog, it's a game that has a lot of similarities to other games in their franchise (namely the Inn series) and will involve raising the girls in town and sending them out to explore dungeons, but it will apparently have a lot of ties to pretty much every game series they've made. While her identity hasn't been revealed yet, the main heroine resembles "a certain heroine from another game", and that character is likely Sayuki from Goblin's Burrow 1, though it's unknown if she is Sayuki herself or possibly her child or something. Either way, it's the circle's anniversary title, so they're putting a lot of time and effort into celebrating their brand with the game.

From what I understand, it's a world where the girls weren’t taken by the goblins, and instead they grew up, got married, hence the name of the game
To be released 9/9. Plays close to adventurer academy in a form of dungeon crawling. Question is what other features are there.

The idea was good, but the execution felt weak. In the part with the girls in captivity, the animations are all the same regardless of the character, which came across as really lazy to me

There's an option to translate the dialogs to English. Only that, the interface remains in Japanese, but it's something. Just one thing. If you activate this option from the start, you will get an error during the tutorial. I went through it by running it in full Japanese, then activate it again.

Its because they tried MTLing it. The exact error is because it is these brackets [] like trying to call a function from an array rather than the japanese brackets.
This game as a whole is easier to MTL since they changed most of the PNGs to just text in the file.
-In the process of translating some of the menus and UI, but like most projects its a competing priority.
Not knowledgable enough in this engine on how to run it extracted from .xp3 so my workflow is a bit slow due to repacking.
Yes, I guessed it was something like that. MTLing it tends to cause that kind of issues. Which also may be the reason why the scenes aren't saved in the recollection room when switching langauges, like another used mentioned and I confirmed.
