Full game from their patreon page but rather short. Would have been better if the same attention to the first blowjob scene played out with the other endings as the handjob is okay and pussy/ass is cheaply thrown in being only text based till the very end. They seem to have rebranded from MoxiGames to MoxeGames. For a Ren'Py game they seem to have ripped out the preferences menu...
