It is thankless because your passive aggressive "counterbalance" isn't needed. I don't think you understood what they said. Charly didn't say you don't have standards for liking this game, they said you should expect standards from a game dev when it comes to things like promises and development.

Next you assumed the dev and the person who does the animations are the same person? I don't know why you would lump them all together. Previous posts on this forum have pointed out the animations are taken from other people, and then even reused in their own games. I'm glad you like the game, so if you want to check back in a year that is fine.

First off, there are two doms (Enyo and Thetis), not one. And it's just weird to say that whoever is doing the animations has no passion. The animator is doing a lot of things right, with some very very nice tramples and facesits. I can't imagine someone liking giantess and trampling and not liking the way Enyo tramples the player's face while intermittently shoving her foot up and down inside their mouth like a teabag. That's hot af.

I like this game and I'm not ashamed to admit it, and neither should anyone else. The shame comes, as always, with acquiescing to the horrible horrible person that is the Patreon dev and giving them money. I am convinced they know full well what made the first game popular, but they just choose to go down the path of maximum milking, especially towards new people who don't know what a scumbag he is.

Generally speaking, this game still offers something very rare : battling a giantess who can trample you during battle with 3d animations. I wish there were many "amazing and hot" games out there that did that as the comment above insinuated, but unfortunately, that is just not the case. But that still doesn't mean you should give money to this particular patreon.

My advice is to forget about this thread for a year or two, then return to it and hope there's a new giantess to play with by then. Hopefully she'll also have sound effects by then.

First and foremost, I apologize if I sounded antagonistic. That wasn't my intention. Secondly, you are correct in calling me out for wrongly saying only one goddess has been added. That was incorrect and I forgot about the first one. My mistake, I won't deny.

However, I never meant that people who play GoT have no standards. If the game's current version is what you enjoy, more power to you. I don't have any issues with that. What I meant was that if you compare it to the standards set by the first game, it simply fails to live up to them. If we assume GoT 2 is intended as an improved sequel, it falls short of delivering. So that's what I was trying to say there.

I'm not well versed in animating or the history the dev has or doesn't have with it. All I can say is that, to me, it looks a lot less impressive than the first game. But taste is subjective, so if you prefer it, again, I fully respect that.

Of course no one should be ashamed to admit they like this game. We all get off to something about it, it's why this thread exists. I hope I could clear some things up.

someone else is probably better suited to answer, but... it's pretty much the same game in a newer cloak.
Graphics look a little better, but there's a lot less content atm (only 2 Goddesses with a third one coming "maybe" in 2 patches I believe).
Gotta take everything with an extra-extra grain of salt ... If what Mardion said is true, they don't know their own game very well mixing up the names of the only 2 Goddesses. Perhaps someone other than the actual dev is posting the updates on patreon, Idk. Just to prove that I'm not mad, adding the preliminary and actual patch notes of 0.2.6.

There'll also be 4 classes to choose from in 0.2.7... read: more filler-content with less what people actually want.

There's an additional face-stomping animation planned, but it all sounds pretty recycled from the first game.
I think I'm noping out till there's at least version 0.3+ x_x

Ik this is an old post but how about instead of asking us to pick our punishment the dev should incorporate all of them or at least half of this list into the next/future updates. But we all know that won't happen.

Talents and skins were in the first game. Here the labels were just added to the menu and never put in the game. I remember them promising to add it like 3 updates and a year back, but of course those promises were all deleted.

I see, thank you. Thats actually the reason why i was asking, like 2022 or so you could invest points into intelligence for example, which would then increase your mana.

EDIT: Alright, so i cheated my way through the Floors by buying 50 stars to unlock every floor, appearently its always the same two bosses. There is a
"Special Floor Scroll" that you can buy, that does essentially nothing, its only buyable and sellable, but not usable. I dont know what to say, in 4 years I havent spent a cent and i still feel scammed.He at least could have added the bosses from previous versions of the game, for example those you see in the main menu videos.
