Overview:
Going Deeper is a single player erotic roguelike/management game. You take on the role of an Inquisitor, a divination mage serving the goddess of knowledge, who has been tasked with investigating the sudden appearance of a dungeon of unknown origin. On reaching the site, you find that a team of Knights from an allied faction is already there. Teaming up with the three female knights, you take on the duty of mission control.
Can you guide them to the bottom of a dungeon, or will they fall to the corruption it throws at them?

When moving between game versions, it is recommended that you finish (win or lose) your current run in the old version or simply start a new game in the new version. Metaprogression (KP, etc.) will carry over between versions, but data changes may cause errors if loading the save of an individual run into a different version than it was started.

The Dungeon market these days is awful. Good luck finding one in a good neighborhood without Corruption seeping out from every pore.

Nice UI. Much as I'm partial to them, it's good to see what appears to be a game in anything other than Renpy rather than... another one.

GDOT auto shuts down the game partway through the intro, it's like on a timer. I'm able to get a little further in if I speed through the dialogue. Hopefully the game itself doesn't shut down as well. I've played GDOT games before with that Forbidden Arms game, and that never crashed.

If anyone has a clue what's causing the crash, let me know.

UPDATE: it crashes without fail. It's not tied to the intro.

Just an FYI, but the Mediafire download link threw a virus alert at my face when downloading. I suspect that's more to do with Mediafire being complete garbage lately, but it's still worth a mention for anyone trying to download from there.

I've been getting a handful of people from other places also reporting random crashes at inconsistent points, but then I haven't been able to recreate any kind of crash at all. I wouldn't say no to more detail, though I'm somewhat unsure on what I would even be able to do with it.

No crashes here, made it all the way to the tutorial but it's pretty late so I'll have to play more tomorrow. Definitely looks fun, though.

Played a couple of dungeon levels after the tutorial. Solid gameplay so far, I like that there are various choices for character development.

Always nice to see a game that is gameplay first and then porn second.

My only QoL beef is that the top box that tells you the room description (which monster, trap, etc.) doesn't have an arrow to keep it permanently there. At first I couldn't find where to even see what monster or trap I was dealing with until my mouse randomly clipped that box. Would be nice if we could just leave it permanently down. Other boxes have a popout arrow that leaves the box out so the rest are fine.

Yeah, this is just the engine itself running its startup. The issue does seem to be something related to dialogue scripts, but it being inconsistent (in that both nobody has reported it in the same place and the people who have reported it don't even get it 100% of the time) is making it difficult. I'm definitely going to continue to try to look into it but it's tough when everything is working fine on my end even in the full release, non-debug version.

For what it's worth (and for anyone having to play through the tutorial multiple times), you can skip dialogues with the Esc key. Sorry for the inconvenience.

just out of curiosity what os do you run? could it be a linux vs windows issue? I run windows 10

It's all Windows here. I only built a Linux version because it was only a couple extra clicks. (A mac version not as much, though I should be able to figure that out in principle at some point)

Does the MC actually have sex with the girls? or does he just watch as monsters rape them in the dungeon?
This is clearly the biggest question, and the description is completely silent on it.

Also. what kind of mind control is there? are the girls mind controlled by monsters or are they mind controlled by the MC?
