Identify Going mad trying to remember Milfy City style game

As stated, it was one of those RenPy games where you live with your Mom and two Sisters in an apartment.
I remember you can do Yoga with the Mom on a balcony. You can find one of the sister's Diary.
I think the Mom works in a modeling/photography studio.
I think there was a plotline where you cuck a car salesman, fucking his wife in the hospital room.
You can work in an office to earn money.
There was a strip club.

That's all i can remember and I hope I'm not mixing up multiple games, they all blend together at some point lol.
Any ideas are much appreciated.

It's not Indecent Desires or Midnight Paradise, I'll keep adding if I can come up with more eliminations.

It's game Bloody Passion which unfortunately has been abandoned for a long time now which is a great pity because it was in my opinion a very good and interesting game.

Yup, that's the one. Shame about it being abandoned, it was one of my preffered ones. Thanks for the help.
I think if I'm ever out of a job for a while I might just try my hand at this genre, the effort/income ratio is obscene on some of these games and the bar for quality is a joke on most of them lol.
