Good dumbproof tutorial to combine 3D scene with HDRI background?

As the topic says
The keyword is dumbproof. Several months ago I found one on Utube and didn't bookmark it thinking "Well, I'll find it easily when I need it". Unfortunately what I find now are 2 tutorials which are extremely detailed and include postwork on Photoshop.
